Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from and within Australia. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.
Processing times
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. You will be contacted if there is any delays due to unforseen circumstances.
Tracking your order

Returns & refunds
To return a product, please contact [email protected] and provide your invoice number and reason for return for review.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent out to notify that the product has been received.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method.
